failing star

Last night, I went to bed right before midnight.

My alarm went off at 2:50 AM, like I set it, so I got up and got dressed.

From 3:40 to 4:40 AM I watched the Orionids meteor shower from Memorial Glade.

2 out of the 9 that we saw were humungous. Like, I have seen a meteor shower before, but they were all tiny streaks. These were ridiculously bright.

I went back to my dorm and slept from 5 until my alarm went off at 9.

Then I went to astronomy and flunked my quiz by skipping three questions.

Oh, the irony.
