1) Because I am taking my ridiculous ID midterm at the time of the publishing of this post. Ridiculous because it covers an insane amount of material (think 7 critical articles each more than 5 pages long, 10 poets (right now I'm at 86 poems and counting), and 3 novels).
2) Because on Wednesday, when the professor was trying to make a phone call in the classroom, somebody helpfully piped up, "Cell phones don't recept in here."
