My hair is a disaster right now. Never, ever want to go through a growing out phase again. How do you cure a case of the uglies?

P. S. I am fully aware I am wearing a thermal printed with koi fish and swirly tattoo-esque designs and camouflage print... Trust me, I didn't buy it myself.
