rain, take two

Unfortunately, most of my rain outfits look the same, owing to the fact that I have only one pair of rain boots and one rain jacket. My heart is filled with woe!

Above, black rain jacket: mother's. Maroon corduroy skirt: secondhand, gift, American Eagle. Black tights: generic. Over-the-knee striped socks: gift. Black rain boots: Hunter via Zappos.

So this means I need to learn how to dress for rain and hot weather, because all I know how to dress for is... fog.
