Impressions:
- I bet Selden was hot. (Lawrence Selden. Oh baby.)
- In my head, Lily Bart looked an awful lot like Camilla Belle, and then halfway through she morphed into this delicate, waif-y, Keira Knightley-esque figure.
- It felt super chick lit-y. But I liked the writing.

- I wish there were more vivid descriptions of the dresses.
- It was kind of amusing how the antisemitism was both blatant and subtle.
- With a name like Gerty, that's just asking for homeliness.
